ABOUT US

OVER 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE HELPING SMALL BUSINESSES SUCCEED.

Experience

Our combined skill set across office and business management, project management, digital marketing including website creation and software development mean that we can provide you with unrivalled support and guidance.

Andrew Crystal has worked at senior management level for SME companies for the last 15 years overseeing both onsite & remote projects including design, implementation and people management. This has included quality systems, software installations and company expansion.

Alongside this work he, together with Lorna, set up their own company creating websites, providing digital marketing services and consultancy. As their own company has flourished Andrew has now joined Lorna in working full time within this business.

Lorna Crystal gained extensive office management experience in various sectors including manufacturing and social enterprise before moving into the digital world in 2008. Lorna has been designing and building websites, crafting SEO-friendly content and supporting businesses with their digital needs since then.┬áThis work has included working directly with clients, supporting new businesses and helping struggling companies as well as ‘white-labelling’ for other digital companies.

Outside of Work

When we’re not working we can be found on the cliff tops, beaches or rugged moors of North Cornwall and very occasionally (honest….) we enjoy the cliff top bars, farm shop restaurants and local cafes.

We’re both interested in nature, wildlife

and conservation. In the past we’ve been volunteers for the RSPB Osprey project in the Scottish Borders at Glentress Forest and Kaileze Gardens. Andrew has worked as a volunteer for the National Trust at St Abbs and also volunteered at Paxton House in the Scottish Borders.

We used to have a smallholding with kune kune pigs, Hebridean sheep, chickens and ducks on the top of a hill in Calderdale. We learned how to manage livestock, how to grow our own food, how to fence and how to find run-away pigs.
